So its been awhile.  Thanksgiving, grading, teaching, crits…lotsa stuff.  I got to go to ND for Thanksgiving so that was nice, I even worked on my paper on the train.  Right now I am also working on my paper.  I did however get antsy because I’ve been rolling ideas through my head for the past week.  I just decided to do a quick drawing with conte on canvas.  Its the beginning of a bunch of exploration I am planning on doing within my process.

Here is the demo I did for drypoint in my class.  First Intaglio print I’ve pulled since coming to Idaho….I am pretty proud of the quick wipe job I did.   Also here is an underpainting for my next painting.
